Lionel Messi is the current FIFA World footballer of the year and when he walks onto the field, he's wearing his boots and shin-pads. Rafael Nadal, a world renouned tennis player would not walk onto the court without a tennis racket. Usain Bolt will not arrive at the starting line of the Olympics 100m Sprint without his running spikes on.

The above mentioned people all ensure that they have the right equipment to perform at the best of their ability. This is the same in life. You have to equip yourself with the correct tools and people to ensure you perform at your very best and deliver on your purpose.

See, God has given us all gifts and various talents but to truly use them properly we have to equip ourselves with what bests enhances our ability... This is the WORD of God. Scripture!

In Ephesians 6:11 it is written:
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Gear up and get ready for greatness for when you equip yourself with the correct tools, that will be the outcome.

Feeding

Good day Family,

Tired; Drained; Exhausted; Pain; Sufferring; Turmoil; Anguish; Stress; Troubles; Worries; Sadness; Issues; Agendas; Heartache and Strain... That what we all have felt at some stage in our lives. It's hits home harder than the Tsunami struck East or the Hurricane struck West.

This is when you soul required proper feeding. The feeding that'll inspire another, uplift another, aid another... for you only experience fullness when you are at your lowest and yet you continue to help those whose needs are greater. Want to feel strength? Feed someone who hasn't eaten in a week. That's the food of substance. The food of life. The Word or Message that'll carry you way further than you own thoughts.

Matthew 25:35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me

Isaiah 58:10 If you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the noonday

Good morning Family,

Did you know that you are gift from God?! Divinely selected! Purpose inspired! Objective driven! Blessing! Yes, God knew where He wanted you to be long before He created you. You were not a mistake. He placed you in the family you are in for a reason. You may never know the reason until He want to reveal it to you but the is one nonetheless.

See God is the potter and we are the clay. All hope comes from Him alone! Don't ever feel like you're going nowhere, like you're in a dead-end job, like you're worthless... NO! He chose you! He died for you so that you may have eternal life! You life is not a waste.

James 1:17 - "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning."

So if GOD, The Messiah, The King of Kings, The Lord of Lords, Jehovah... thought of you and created the Gift which is you, you are of utmost importance.

Go out and change the world!

Soldiers

Good afternoon Family,

I want you to take a real good look at the picture in this post. A soldier is weeping at the boots of the men that didn't return from the mission. His platoon was depleted in battle. Their lives were taken away. Their families left behind without even getting a chance to say goodbye.

When you woke up this morning, did you share a smile or greeting with someone that means something to you?! Did you enjoy your breakfast or lunch?! Did you get to say I am safe when you got to work?!

The reality is this... The above mentioned soldiers throughout the world don't have that luxury. Very often all they have is a picture of their family attached to a letter incase they never make it home. Is that right?!

We fight wars in our own lives everyday. We go to battle with our minds and bodies, facing challenges that could result in the end of us... Not your body but your spirit.

Matthew 16:26
"For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul?"

Think about life carefully and make sure you choose wisely. Pray for wisdom. Pray for peace. Bring your soldiers, families, friends, daughters and sons home.

Take a sip

Good evening Family,

I trust that you all have had a pleasant weekend and are rejuvenated for the upcoming week.
If not, here's a tool I know will aid you as you develop that positive mind-set.

How many of you have ever done some sort of exercise that you began to break a sweat?! Many of us have... When this happens we get dehydrated and we look for something to drink. Something to quench our thirst and refresh our bodies so that we can continue.

The same goes for spending time with God. We run about in and around the world trying to do as much as we possibly can and we get tired. We grow weary. We get weak. The perfect "Pick-me-up" is spending time with God. Taking a sip of His word for your life. That little quiet time that will revitalise your spirit and give you that edge when you go out into the world again.

Many of us hear what God says but do we listen?!

Matthew 6:6 "But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you."

Isaiah 43:7 "Everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.”

Each day, make an appointment with God... Take A Sip. He's waiting to lead and guide you if you'll let Him.

Inspiration

Good day Family,

As the working week draws to a close a remarkable thought has crossed my mind... Here goes...

I can see, I can touch, I can hear, I can speak, I can read and I can write, I can understand, I can communicate, I can listen, I can feel...
These are gifts many of us have right?! RIGHT! So if we can do all or some of the things, we have an avenue to inspire right?! RIGHT! Now that we know we can inspire, all of us are right?! WRONG!

Good people, we don't! We forget about others and concentrate on ourselves far too much. Is this not selfish?! When you live with the aim of letting your ways inspire people, you unconsciously fulfill the dreams that you have set out to achieve. Isn't that remarkable?! Your walk now has a purpose! Your achievements are now legacies. Your life lived is no longer in vain. You're changing lives by merely living yours!

So I ask you this: What has changed?
Answer: YOU HAVE!

1 John 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.

Revelation 21:4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.

You have been called to live a purpose driven life and you will inspire the nations if you listen and adhere to your calling.

Detours

Good morning Family,

Standing at an intersection in the journey known as life and you see a sign that reads: "Road Under Construction - Please Use Detour"... Panic tends to kick in and you feel somewhat intimidated by the fact that you are unaware of what that road may be like.

Will you be safe travelling on it; what type of areas will you pass; will there be enough notification to guide you back to your chosen destination?! I have a mind blowing revelation for you today. God is preparing you when he places a detour in your path. He's taking you the long way around to teach you just what you need to know to truly handle and appreciate the future successes He has in-store for your life.

God's grace will always be sufficient for you and there will be constant communication and guidance if you're prepared to open up your heart and listen. A wise person once said: "Prayer is you talking to God; Meditation is you listening to God."

Always ensure you know that you are highly blessed and deeply favoured.

2 Timothy 2:15 "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth"

Angel's Cry

Good day Family,

Angel by definition:
1. A typically benevolent celestial being that acts as an intermediary between heaven and earth, especially in Christianity
2. A representation of such a being, especially in Christianity, conventionally in the image of a human figure with a halo and wings

Have you ever began to divulge into the topic of angels?! Do you know they're constantly fighting the good fight of faith without you even knowing. They move between the Heavens and the Earth for you to choose good and to choose life; to protect you, to aid God the Father in everyday duties. He loves you that much that He sent you His angels to be by your side.

Psalms 34:7 - "The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them."

Matthew 4:11 - "Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him."

We, my brothers and sisters, are constantly under attack by evil in the rhelms unknown but we should always endeavour to please God in our ways for the truth is, when we choose not to, the angels not only cry but they weep. They fight with and for you against all odds yet at times we choose not to bother.

Take hold of your body and renew your mind through scripture. Stay in faith, God's going to perform miracles in your lives'.

Taken to the Grave

Good day Family,

A Minister by the name of Joel Osteen once said that the richest place in the world was not the diamond mines or the oil fields but rather the graveyards around the world...

Care to know why???

Well the answered strikes deeper than a two edged sword... It is because beneath the surface of the grave lies abilities and talents that were never used. Inventions that weren't created, books that were never written, businesses that were never started or even careers that were never launched. All that ability and prospect turned to ashes and dust.

1 Peter 4:10 "As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace"

Romans 12:6 "Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith"

Isn't it sad that many of those people never really achieved what they were destined to purely because their faith wasn't stronger than their fears?! Are you one of them?! The reality is this, if you do not go after those dreams using all that you have, you will be a wasted talent.

Take your God given ability and make your life and the lives of others extrordinary!
